Cragmont Estates is a community of 38 homes located about 4 miles south of the center of Evergreen, Colorado.

The subdivision is situated at 8,000 feet on the north-west aspect of Centaur mountain. Many of the homes have breathtaking views of the Mt. Evans range, Chief and Squaw mountains and to the north; Three Sisters, the Evergreen Golf Course, and the Evergreen Parkway area.

On most days, you can see through a notch in the nearby mountains to the Continental Divide in Rocky Mountain National Park 55 miles away.
